AFRICA ADAPTATION INITIATIVE (AAI) PARTNERS ROUNDTABLE. The Gabonese Government, as the current Chair of the Committee of African Heads of State and Government on Climate Change (CAHOSCC), is leading a resource mobilization campaign for the African Adaptation Initiative (AAI), on behalf of African countries. Co-organized by the Government of Gabon, the African Union and UNDP, this high-level meeting will provide an opportunity to obtain additional support for the Paris Agreement on Climate Change and to encourage more commitment in contributions to implement the AAI flagship programmes.
